Terms and Conditions Season 2025/206

All parents, dancers and cheerleaders must act responsibly and respectfully at classes and Jam events.

Parents are not permitted into classes unless their child is new and feeling nervous.

If you as a new parent are in the class no pictures of other children should be taken.

No unauthorised filming is permitted at any class or session.

If your child is not able to do the toilet by themselves a parent must be in the building. Our teachers can escort them to the toilet but they will not be in the cubicle with them.

Children should be dressed appropriately for the class. Uniform is not essential to start but once your child is settled please make sure they have the kit they need.

Please do not bring the children along with half the toy box as as it causes upset with the other children.

If for any reason you have a query regarding anything taking place in classes please speak to Jacqui directly.

Please understand that we want to support your dancer/ cheerleader the best we can in order for them to enjoy and progress in their chosen class. If anything changes out with classes that you feel maybe affecting your child please let Jacqui know. We are not prying but prior knowledge helps a lot of situations becoming problems.

We will always come to a parent if a child is misbehaving. This will happen two times on the third it will be in writing and on the fourth your child will be asked to leave The Jam.

Fees must be paid by subscription on the first of the month.

Failure to pay can result in your place being offered to someone on the waiting list.

Your place is not secured until payment details are entered into class for kids. This needs to be repeated each new season.

If you decide that you no longer wish your child to attend please give 2 weeks notice. Our fees are calculated over the year therefore your balance will be adjusted accordingly.

If your child has any health conditions or requirement of medication please make sure you update this on the enrolment information.

Please make sure all emergency contact information is up to date each season.

If your family are over two households please let me know. Class for kids can't offer a multi email address but I will add an additional email to another list.
